Every CTE class is required to provide opportunities for student leadership, often accomplished by participation in Student Leadership Organizations such as FBLA, DECA, FFA, FACSE, etc.

These and other clubs on a high school campus stage fundraisers, plan conference trips and often perform community service projects.  Other than meeting, every activity by a CTE SLO (sometimes referred to as CTSO’s) or other student club is a project.

Project Management skills help student in SLO’s, other clubs or the entire ASB operate more effectively and efficiently.

Also see the Getting Started Menu for training student leaders in PM skills.

CTE student leadership organizations, ASB’s and service clubs like Rotary’s Interact both use and share PM Skills
